One MH pendent lights a 2x2 square so you should be fine. Just watch the heat they dump into the tank ( I have a 20g nano reef that 1 150w will heat the tank up to 86deg in no time) to you almost have to run "open top" to prevent glare and heat build up. Just means no fish that jump and a lot of water top offs. 4.6 wpg of MH lighting should make for a nice high tek tank over all
Another option is to run a t-5 ho set up much less heat less to run very even lighting good "punch" into tanks less the 24in deep and with the better ones out there with single re-factors per bulb you can run less wpg but get the same results as you would with a higher w MH |

You just hang them a bit high at 12" or so, fine tuning to your desire. Never hang too low or else it will create more problem. Two 150 pendants would be nice for coverage. MH is all about intensity. You can even escape well enough with 70W ones if you do not after extreme high light.
