Bill sells some wilds and also tank bred. He also sells plecos, angels, cardinals.

Larry Forbes lives lives in Grayslake. I know he breeds discus also and most of his discus are from Bill's stock. He sometimes travels down to Naperville, where Bill lives. I'll contact Larry to get his phone.

Butch at Chicagoland Discus sells nicer strains.

There will undoubtedly be several at the CAGA swap in 2 weeks, but as discus aren't "my thing" I can't vouch for their quality.

I would avoid buying discus from LFS/LPS, due to the markup. Breeders are the best and cheapest source. I bought 3" discus at $20 each from a breeder, where an LFS/LPS would have sold it to me for about $50. It's your choice/money, so if you still opt to buy it from an LFS/LPS, be it.

Also, there's the GCCA classifieds, where people often sell their discus.

BTW, I forgot to contact Larry. I got side tracked last time. I'm doing it now as we speak.
