Default co2 @ Oahu Fire

After many phone calls and a lot of frustration, I finally found a place to get co2 without the hassles. I believe the place is called 'Oahu Fire'. I went in yesterday and had my 2.5 lb. tank filled in about 2 minutes for $4.82. The people said it's best to call ahead of time and get there when their technicians are already filling co2 bottles. They said that their machines take like 20lbs of co2 to prime, so if you go at a bad time you may need to return the next day. It's in Pearl City. If you are coming from Pearl Ridge direction, go all the way down past Home Depot and Sams Club. The road will branch off to go to Kam Highway etc. Just stay in the right lane as if you were going to Mililani, and take the first right after Sams. The road is called Waihano St. I think. Go down about a mile, and you'll pass a left turn called Waihano Pl. It's the second building on the left after that road. Again, call ahead of time so you don't waste a trip over there. The number is 455-1295. Nice people. They sell stainless steel tanks also. Not sure about 10lb tanks and up, but they said a 5lb tank is about $45. Cheers...

Wow thank you so much. That place is way better than Gaspro. I owe you big time.

Just remember to have your co2 cylinder tested every five years by gaspro. I think it is called "hydo testing".
