I just picked up 2 assassin snails ant the LFS to help with a pond snail problem anyone have any info on them ie how much they breed that kind of stuff , are 2 enough to tackle a 55 gal tank or do I need to get more, I think I bought the last 2 but I'm sure they'll get more

I had 25 in a 10 gallon and they did fine, I would say 2 is not enough maybe like 5 to 10 they like to lay in wait and ambush.
