My parents are very cool about it. My dad has built my stand and re-wired my t5 light. They are even going to let me make an emmersed setup to grow and sell plants. They are also letting me set up a 10g quarantine and a 5 gal terrarium. My main tank is an ADA 60-P (17g) I am paying for all of this except for shipping.

They like I'm interested in this but I have to pay for everything. So I ended up getting a job which serves as just enough income to save some and spend some on this extreamly expensive hobby.

My parents are pretty cool with it. My dad loves fish so he's easier to convince then my mom. My parents let me do pretty much what ever as long as I pay for it. Although my mom did say that before I add anymore tanks, I need to buy a dehumidifier. Even though we live in Eastern WA where it's really dry.
My dad really likes African Cichlids, so I am going to see next year if he helps pay for it if I can setup a Mbuna tank 'for him'.
As long as I pay for it, take care of it, and keep doing all my other chores, my parents are pretty much OK with another fish tank.
