Plug for a LFS carrying plants

This store has been mentioned several times before, but worth updating. Went by Marine Fish on Johnson Ferry Rd today. They had just gotten in a shipment of plants. New plants usually come in on Tue and or Fri. Bought some HC, Crypt, micro sword, Rotala Indica and anubias nana. The prices were in line with what I have paid on the internet minus the shipping of course. I met the owner and he said they were working hard to keep nice plants in stock. He was even dissapointed with their current stocking (thats a plus in my book). Talked with a couple of the sales people and they were knowlegable with the plants they had on hand which can be unusual with a local fish store. Check them out. Best source of plants I have seen in the Atlanta area yet. If we give them business I'm sure they will continue to expand.

Good store; as with all of the ones around here, I've had a disagreement with them before, but that happens with all lfs around here. A business is a business. I've bought plants from them and have been very happy with them--except that they melted because they use some nice GLO T5s and my lights aren't quite that caliber. All in all a good store.

Old canton and upper roswell rd. across from QTrip. Its in the corner and opens at 12noon during the week. a little dusty and not pretty but if you hang a left into the fish room you will run into a labyrinth of tanks with more live plants than anywhere in Atl. Its worth a visit just to see the gigantic pond fish.

Name of the place escapes me

I just tried this place out today and was disappointed with their selection. Their plants were definitely healthier than a generic pets store, but there just wasn't very much variety.
