You might not have to buy them. You might be able to lease.

I get mine from a fire extinguisher on the west side of town, but you might be able to find what your looking for from a welding shop or a beverage supplier that carries CO2.

I bought my tank off of ebay which wound up saving me a lot of money.

You might try this place. I bought my tanks online but I am getting them filled here. $9 for a 5lb tank. Fill them while I wait. Don't know if they sell tanks. They might be able to give you a place if they don't.

I know some folks who have had really good luck with them...the best place to look for tanks is usually from suppliers outside of the hobby...

I live in Lawrenceville and ended up purchasing my co2 cylinders from Aquariumplants.com. I would also suggest checking out Craigslist.
