Has Anyone Here been to The Fish Store on Peachtree in Atlanta?
Its supposed to be pretty big, with over 10,000 gallons of tanks, marine and freshwater. Someone was telling me about it so I was thinking of driving up (3 hours one way) to check it out, but I was just curious if any of you guys had been there and if so could tell me something about it?
thanks in advance |

yeah i wouldnt waste your gas...they arent helpful at all and the prices are ridiculous. I once saw a standard angelfish in there for $38!! What a rip. I would recommend Marine Fish on Johnson Ferry Rd. in atlanta, ga though. they have lots of plants to chose from.

The fish store moved last fall. They are on roswell road in Sandy Springs now. The store is CONSIDERABLY smaller than the old store, and they have a total of about 15 FW tanks. The majority of the store is dedicated to SW fish and coral.
I've been to just about every LFS in the Atlanta area and I would say that Atlantis is the best, but like many LFS', their dry good prices are somewhat high, and they are about 15% higher on their livestock than other places I've found. |
