EI fertilizing

Mixing fertilizer for the first time. Couple different sites suggest little different regiments. Pretty sure I got this right but for my own piece of mind need to double check to avoid possible disaster
RO water-250 ml
KNO3-5tbs
KH2PO4-0.5tsp
K2SO4-4tbs
30ml of above solution should raise the level in a 50 gal of water to:
KNO3-20ppm
KH2PO4-1.2ppm
K2SO4-20ppm
I assume I can mix all of these in one container and fertelize three times a week(M,W,F). T,Th-CSM+B. Sunday-50% water change

Also,
Potassium Nitrate means Potassium in Potassium Nitrate or Nitrate in Potassium Nitrate
Thanks

Tom Barr recommends the following:

40-60 Gallon Aquariums
+/- 1/2 tsp KN03 3x a week
+/- 1/8 tsp KH2P04 3x a week
+/- 3/4 tsp GH booster once a week(water change only)
+/- 1/8 (10ml) Trace Elements 3x a week
50% weekly water change

In your example, your measurements are very off.

RO water: 250 mL
Each dose is 30 mL

This means you have ~8.33 doses per 250 mL.

Thus, according to Tom Barr, you would need 8.33 * 1/2 teaspoon of KNO3 = 4.165 teaspoons.

You have 5 tablespoons down = 15 teaspoons! That's almost 3 times as much as you need!

Similar calculations can be made for the other chemicals.

You can mix all of these chemicals into one container and fertilize it three times a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you should add the CSM+B (you seemed to forget Saturday).

Not too sure what you mean here. Potassium nitrate adds both potassium and nitrates to your water column.
