Thats because you're trying to post pics off your email attachments. You need to upload it onto your website instead
Heres the ftp addy
users.adelphia.net
Just ftp your way to that address and use your adelphia username/password
Your pics will be at http://users.adelphia.net/~username/filename.jpg
ofcourse the 'username' part will be your login
and filename.jpg will be the picture file

Edit: Just realized, you can just go here and read for yourself
