Some kind of slug?

I found something strange growing in my tank. It looks like a slug, about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, completely transparent with white dots on the inside. Sound like a slug?

The strange thing is they don't move anywhere so the only other thing I can think of is I know my harlequin rasboras are spawning. Could these be clusters of eggs?

Sorry I can't take a pic. It seems that pond water and electronics don't mix

Is there loach out there that will eat snails and not amano shrimp?

Don't forget to scrape the egg packet off before they hatch...or whatever they do.
