qt tank with shrimp?

would you be able to use your qt tank as a qt tank and for shrimp? or would the sick fish end up killing the shrimp?

i wouldnt since a lot of treatments can kill inverts. i just have a 10 empty gal tank. when i need to qt i just move over a sponge filter.

oh. then if i do have a shrimp tank how many can i have in a 2g?

A 2gal is very difficult to maintain good water, but I'd say 6 or so might work?

You may or may not get them breeding in that little water...
