Where do you go to get your co2 tank refilled?

Well im gettin a pressurized co2 setup soon and was wonderin where would the cheapest place in central FL to go get your co2 tanks and get them filled.

I go to Florida Carbonic. It's off of Division St (I believe) just south of downtown. They fill a tank in around 5 minutes and the refill cost for my 10lb aluminum tank (which I also bought there) is something like $11. It's a good industrial area

I wanna say I purchased the 10lb aluminum with the first fill for something like $110. The 5lb was something like $30-$40 less. But the height wasn't really that different and the idea of having to return to refill it half as often convinced me to go with the bigger tank.

Give 'em a call, I'm sure they could give you more accurate info! Seemed like good folks when I've dealt with them.

If you're still looking for gas or places to refill try out Compressed Gas Solutions. That's who I've used for a couple of years now. They're on Amelia, west of the arena downtown. They charge me 10 bucks for a 5lb refill. They usually freeze the bottle 1st (by filling partly then dumping it) so they can get more in

I wish I could remember how much they charged me for a bottle. I'm sorry though, I don't. I also purchased a bottle from Holox Gas but don't remember price there either. It's been a couple of years since both purchases and I can barely remember what I had for dinner last night. I might be able to track down a receipt for the CGS purchase... I'll look tomorrow. You might just want to pick up the phone and call them, I'm sure they'd give a price over the phone.

Compressed Gas Solutions was out of everything but 2.5's.... so I'm heading to FL Carbonic. Sounds like I might be using CGS to fill in the future though, since the guy said it was only $10.
