Bronze cory eggs

Ok, well I finally got my cories to lay eggs again. This time, I have not made any of the obvious mistakes e.g. exposing eggs to air, removing eggs before 24 hours. But I have been doing a deal of reading, and I heard on one site that cory eggs are supossed to turn clear or amber colored after 24 hours or they are not viable. Well, 24 hours later, and mine are still opaque, with a SMALL ting of amber. Are they any good?

I've had a pair of Bronze cories that spawned more times than I cared for. I've observed that as long as the eggs stay clear they are good. Any unfertilized or "dead" eggs turn milky white. If its possible try to seperate them since once the unfertilized eggs fungus it will spread and you will lose the whole batch. I just ended up giving the pair and their offsprings to my LFS. I just kept three of the smallest for my 10g. I hope they don't spawn.

Thanks, its appears as though most of the eggs are viable after all.

They did hatch, only problem was the breeder box's slats were a tad too big, and they escaped into the tank where they were eaten.

Oh man. Sorry. That's disappointing.

There are breeding traps available that are made of netting. No slots for little fish to escape through.

Thank you for all of your comments and suggestions.
