Freshwater (Brackish) Flounder

Hey guys I found some flounder online and they look really really cool and apparently they can tolerate freshwater until they grow and then need salt incrementally. Anyone have any experience with them in combination with shrimp?

I don't keep them but their diet is probably mainly shrimps and other invertz.

I have gotten some before. They ate bloodworms. They were pretty cool and I liked them, but in the end they didnt make it.
