Wattley's farm has a great rep. I haven't bought any from him myself (yet!) but have a few friends who have, and they've got some fantastic fish.
If I were you, though, I'd try to find as local a breeder as possible- especially a breeder that's raising discus already acclimated to your regional water supply. Are you a member of any local fish clubs? That would be a good place to check around... www.SimplyDiscus.com would be a good place to check for local breeders, as well. (I believe that Jack Wattley was a founder of that site, too.)
