Hi, sorry I have been away! Busy, busy. I have a 5 mo old baby red front macaw. She is as demanding as a real baby..almost.
![]() Give me a bit to get some coffee in my brain and I will read back over the questions. My little trooper is still alive and well. It still looks to be a female, but time will tell. In my experience, females are either very grey or white looking. Insubordinate males will sometimes pale themself and can stay that way for long periods of time. Sometimes the very reddest, most aggressive males will bully that one. I saw pics mentioned, I stink at photography..but I can try.

Hehe..I usually wake up 3-4 am every day. Not for the macaw, just anyway. Wait until you get over the hill....getting much past 5-6 hours becomes difficult.
Hope you have a great day!
