Clown Fishes and Catfish - Is that an ok combination

I have 2 clown loaches in my 55 and 2 Catfish (large, silver with black spots on them and they have long white whiskers) in my 29.

I am wanting to close my 29 up and want to know if they can go with each other?

Also what about clown loaches or those other catfish will they get along with small corys?

Sounds like you have pictus Cats... Pictus are notorious for nightime bullying but they might be ok with the clown loaches... I think the corries might be bothered by them though... Pictus can get quite large and do eat smaller fish so just keep that in mind..

When you say they can eat smaller fishes, are saying like tetras and everything?

I mean any fish that will fit in their mouths... Guppies, tetra's, rasbora's.. anything....

Generally speaking.. dont keep any fish smaller then your largest fishes mouth

I keep Cory's and Clowns together.... but.. if I were you.. Instead of mixing your 2 clowns with other bottom fish.. i would get more clowns... They are happier in a group then pairs and they wills chool together and become a real showy fish for you to watch
