3 of my otos is dead, and i now have 2 left. I dont want to keep buying the otos and let them die, so i want a fish to replace it. I have been thinking of adding a Red finned black shark. The tank is a 30 gallon, i got 10 Corydoras trilineatus, 2 otos and 5 angels (will move 3 of them when 2 pairs of). Will the sharck bee to active?

Too bad your nowhere near Georgia, lol! I have just the guy for you.
Honestly, my rainbows have never bothered anything but each other. Turns out they don't do well with each other. If only I knew then .......

My sharks are kinda lazy, when one isn't chasing the other. He tends to hang out around his cave, sometimes kind of perched on top of it. Very nice to look at.

I have no experience with angels, I can only tell you he has never bothered any of my other fish.
I have some cherry barbs, danios (assorted) bala's, black widow tetras, red eyes, serpaes(sp), neons, platys, corys, pleco, shubunkin and some others I don't know the name for, LOL.
Let us know if you ever picked one up or not!

I used to keep a red tailed shark and an angel in the tank. I have never had any problems with that combination.

I bought one for like a month ago (i just couldnt for your to answer )
and everything is going on great. He is lasy, but looks really cool. Since my male blue ram died my female ram is following the rainbow around. Sooo cool. I really recommend this fish. Now i fear that when i upgrade the lightning it will wash out his marine fish-like colors :?:

I've kept redtailed sharks with angels and not experienced any major problems. Redtailed sharks are not nearly as attractive as they age and some are chasers. I don't know how they'd do in groups but as singles I got tried of the pestering the other fishes.
