BN pleco Color ID

Is this the common color? And is it a female? My other one that I got at the same time is an albino and is starting to grow bristles, this one is more shy and hard to look at as it hides, but I don't see any bristles as of yet.

Its a common brown, looks to be a female.

Thanks for the response. I'll look for a picture of the albino. I believe it is a male.
