new fish from petstore friend. help with info

a guy at petsmart just hooked me up with some fish and i just want to know some opinions and experiences in keeping these guys such as

by the way my keyboard is still broken. *quesiton mark after each sentence*

1. how to sex them
2. do they commonly reproduce in the tank
2. are they good with planted tank, especially with moss and hc
3. anything i should know about them

i'm also researching while i wait for a reply. here are some pictures

i also have this really weird loach, read down for more details

1. long fin zebra danio

2. long find danio forgot which type

3. i also have this weird loach that i think was sold as dahli loaches. they're really small. whats weird is that in the bag there seems to be 2 types. one thats sort of fat and one that is really thin and long. are they males and females. anyone experience with them, are they safe in my tank and will they try to get into my eheim intake. you can see the second type in the third picture from the top.

the second danio looks like a Glofish, but long-finned. they are just genetically modified zebra danios (few strands of jellyfish DNA for coloration).

The last one is a Black Kuhli Loach, they do best in groups of 5 or more with sandy substrate to dig in.

The first fish looks like a regular zebra danio. The second could be a gold danio. I have seen gold danios being sold lately as long finned red glow lights. I do not believe they are long finned glo lights (IMO). The red long- finned are much redder. I have bred them. To tell the males from the females is pretty easy. The females are fatter. They will actually become gravid, looking like they have eaten a lot. The makes will be longer and slim. They are easy to breed. They will breed in your tank, but you'll never know it except to see them playing in your tank. The eggs and any fry that might hatch will be immediately eaten, either by the danios themselves or other tank mates.

They are a fun fish to breed. They are a hardy fish and are fun to watch in your tank.

Looks like you have 2 different pangio(khuli loach) species. The fatter one is likely pangio oblonga, or "black Khuli", the thinner one looks familiar but can't remember the name off the top of my head and no time to check for ya. Go to loachesonline in the species index and look at the many pangios.
