Fat oto, could it be eggs?

This oto seems very fat and I've had it for 6 months at least, healthy and eats well, could it have eggs? The other ottos always seem to be close by everytime I see this one. What do you think?

i'm not sure it means eggs... mine is even fatter than that if you can believe it... and no eggs or anything... maybe you'll be luckier than me though!

One of mine has the same thing and it just hides behind the heater all day. One of my pearl gouramis that was a female was also just really fat although I think it was a sickness because it wouldnt eat and kept getting skinnier and eventually sucumbed to its injuries.

Two of mine are fat just like that also. I'm pretty sure it's cause of all the algae that they eat. I don't have to worry about starving them!!
