Need Advice, Cold Water Fish + ACF

Heyo,

Well here's whats up. I have a 20L that has been holding my female ACF for about 9years now. She had a brother, but had a birth defect when he was a tadpool. But anyways, I was kinda wondering if there where any 'cold water' fish that where:

a) big enough to not get eaten my girl is 7in head to foot(probably 9in fully extended)
b) able to be in water temp that is around 70F all the time
c) is nice enough so as not to hurt my baby!!

that would be able to live with here. The tank has a heater, but I only use it in the winter, and I also have internal power filter(wisper is the brand name). Is there such a fish? Ive thought and wanted to get another frog, cept all the ones at the store are waaaayyy to small and she will probably gobble them up!
Can You Guys & Gals Help Me Out?

ACF- African Clawed Frog, I am assuming. If so, I heard that they can be predatory. I know that Rosy Barbs and white cloud minnows are know to do well in unheated cooler water tanks, but I fear that they may only serve as feed for your ACF if you put them in there. Your ACF may assume that you have put them in there for him to feed off.

I think that you may be just better off with another ACF if you can find one that is of similar size. Otherwise, it may be best to leave him in solitude. Perhaps, he does not mind having the whole tank to himself and may even get aggressive and territorial if you introduce another frog or fish.

Sorry, yes by 'ACF' I did mean African Clawed Frog. And I haven't read anywhere that they are territorial, but I would say that white clouds and rosey barbs would easily fit into mouth.

And, haha I think she actually wants a bigger tank than anything else because in 2 kicks shes bumped into the other wall :/ . I think I may go with another ACF, but its not a priority, it was just an idea.
What to do....
