ok i went and yes its gold tetra and is cheap.....but wow they are pretty and I can't wait to get them but ...they get up to 2"...which is bigger than I expected..I am looking for something around 1" or so...hmm...should I?

what do you mean selective? am I being too picky? or wut you mean is for my tank size i can easily house many of them....
