Plant eating fish?

Will these fish eat live plants?

Oto cat
Platies

And is it safe to house them with glass & cherry shrimp?

ottos for sure would be safe with plants and shrimp but platies would be a hit or miss situation. i have platies with shrimp and plants and mine do fine in them but might not be the same for other ppl

I agree. The plants will be fine but the platies might go after the shrimp. They'll definitely go after shrimplets if the cherries breed, and kinda a toss-up wether or not they'll see the adults as food too?
