Wardley brand Tropical Bites, Shrimp Pellets Formula, and Spriulina Discs. HBH African Cichlid and frozen brine shrimp. I've also fed them fresh shrimp and they dug it.

I plan on trying out some peas, cucumber, and lettuce here soon.
