Colisa sota adult size

I am in quite a confusing situation. I am going to get some Honey Dwarf Gourami's(Colisa sota/chuna) for my 10g aquarium. Some sites I go on say 1" some say 2.5". What is the right size? I want to add 2 males and 3 females to the tank if they are an inch with maybe some Oto's once I get all plants.

Thanks a bunch guys and gals.

Colisa chuna, or the Honey Gourami, will grow to about 2.5", maybe a bit larger. I've seen Honeys grow to 3.5", but they were in a very spoiled environment (fed generously three times a day, no larger fish)
