It is, I've been using it for several months and think I can see a difference in the reds in my fish (might all be in my head, but at least it look that way to me!) plus I just recently started feeding cyclop-eeze to my RCS, and so far so good...

Me- so far I've been using the Tetra Micro-Crabs, which have freeze-dried.
I do plan to get some frozen, though.

I never got my FW fish to eat Cyclopese. I wanted them to eat it because those critters are suppose to be darn good nutrition - especially for enhancing coloration. I probably wasn't patient enough to "train" them to eat it. I've always used bloodworms because it seems that every fish in the book likes those.

Uni- you should try the new Tetra granules- my fish recognized them immediately as food. Only trick is they sink pretty quickly so I try to sprinkle just a little at a time in different spots of the tank...
No kidding w/ bloodworms though- it's hillarious watching my shrimp cram their faces with it- like trying to eat giant red spaghetti noodles!
