Do Yo-Yo loaches harass Cories or SAE?

I'm thinking of adding a pair of these to my 135 gallon for some snail control. I am concerned about them maybe being a bit, um, feisty for my Cory Cats and SAE's.

Any experiences with this?

I would suggest to add more than a pair, maybe 4? They are very social, and with two you might end up with one chasing the other one around all the time. They don't really harass other fish besides wanting to snuggle up with them once in a while. Shouldn't be an issue, but maybe someone who keeps Corys and Yoyos can chime in.

I've got cories and yoyo's in a 75 gal. If you get them get 4 or more as they are very social fish. I have 5 and they don't give the cories any problems. They do like to swim with the cories once in awhile when they are racing across the tank in mid water but its just playing. Other wise they are in the plants foraging and looking for snails. I have never seen them do any nipping on any of my fish, even the small endlers.

I would be a little nervous about yo-yos and Cory's together. I keep both
but not in the same tank! Remember, they get at least as big as SAEs... In that size of tank, they might be okay - your mileage may vary. They will wipe out the snails tho and maybe some of your plants too. Another option is zebra loaches (botia striata) they are smaller than the yo-yos and a bit less aggressive.

I kept 2 corys and 2 yoyo's in a 55 gal for several months and they were fine, but I moved the yoyo's to my 90 gal with two other yoyo's and they are pretty happy there too. Don't you just love to sit and watch them. They will every once in a while get right beside my rainbow shark and swim side by side with it.

I had yoyos and cories together without problems but did find that the yoyos were not so happy in groups and one ended up harassing the other two to death. Also he wasn't that large, 4 inches long max after 5 years or so.
