bows diet


I currently feed my bows color flakes and spirulina flakes, and occasionally some peas. what are some other good foods to feed them to increase their color?? I would like to stick with freeze dried and things like that because I dont really want to mess with live.

Sounds like you've got the good basis of a diet for them. If you haven't found it already read this link: http://members.optushome.com.au/chelmon/Feeding.htm. I found mine coloured up more with more fequent water changes.
