Black Phantom Tetras


I had a question about these fish...i read they are mid tank fish, but mine seem to be haning out on the bootom mostly...is it because theres not enough DO? I have a 75 gallon tank with an eheim 2215 running

mine always hung around the bottom too. i guess if you had enough (~25), they would hang out higher.

How many do you have?

What other fish are in there?

I used to have them also and they always swam in the middle. I had to get rid of them, becuase I found out they are fin nippers (I have angelfish) and were picking on my harlequin rasboras.

yea right now there are jus those 2 fish in the 75 gallon. wasnt really gonna add anything until i got lights and plants
