help with diagosing


I hvae a green severum thats been looking ill for a few days and acting weird... well today when i was changing the water i noticed that it looked like he was losing spots of scales right around the top fin on his back. im afraid he might have gotten an infection of some sort?? any help is appreciated!!!!
