Upside down catfish

Hello,

Looking for possible reason that my updside down catfish start to behave oddly after I do my weekly water change. I'm adding water in to their tank that has been pretreated to remove chlorine. The temperature is within 1 degree and I poor the water in very slowly to not disturb the substrate.

No fail each week my 3 upside down catfish float around the tank aimlessly like they have no control over what they are doing.

Any suggestions?
