Really? I have one in my seven gallon and it's fine... I would imagen 3 more gallons wouldn't be a problem.

I would think a 501 and a sponge powerhead would work just fine for a 20 if you can't get a 2213.

Well the problem like I said is that I don't have enough space for this rack so I need something that would hang on the back of the tank or so.
