Watertight seal between Glass & PVC

Any ideas what type of caulk/silicone/glue to use?

What are you trying to do? If you drilled your tank, bulkheads and some o-rings will make it watertight. If you are just trying to attach pvc to glass, then the pressure of the water will more than likely compromise the seal. But anyways, GE silicone I is aquarium safe if you need a sealant of some kind. You can get that at HD or Lowes.
