co2 and bubble count question*answered*

so i just set up my diy co2, yeast, sugar, you know the deal.

so i have 2x2liter bottles set up going into one bottle filled with water/salt/anti fungal mixture as the gas separator. and i see about 2 bubbles about every 3 secs and it's going into my forced reactor which consist of a powerhead pumping into a bottle stuffed with foam to keep the air in there while the water moves through. i have HOB fiters so there's some surface agitation, but i keep that to a minimum. is the bubble rate too high? im at work right now so i cant really check up on it and im not sure as to the correct bubble rate i should be shooting for in a 20 gallon.

anyone got any ideas?
