Bulkhead fittings for 1/4" tubing?

Dough they make 'em that small, but I've been wrong before.

Drill a hole that is slightly smaller than the tubing and use barb fittings on either side.

Here they are.

Drilling a smaller hole works just as well and is free!. 11/64 does it for most airline.

Good luck!

I bought some of those bulkhead fittings from Tower Hobbies, found them almost useless - fragile, very leaky. Pulling the tubing through a slightly smaller hole is a better solution. It works best with the Clippard tubing that Rex sells.

Now I'm on the mailing list at Tower Hobbies and get a catalog from them every couple weeks.

Regards,
Mike
