DIY CO2 container wrinkling Pls HELP ASAP

I mixed up my first DIY CO2 Last Sunday and the flow is really nice. But my concern is that the bottle that I was using is much thicker than the bottle of coke. Now my problem is that my container is wrinkling looks like being sucked in. It is getting like dings. Is this normal or something is wrong that I should discard the set?
Please help ASAP.

do you mean it is thinner than a bottle of coke? I would get a apple juice jug or something like that. when I was doing a diy that is what I used. I also used a 1 liter bottle too. the one liter is stronger.. what size tank do you have?

My tank is 33gals. The container that I am using is a little thicker than that of the coke bottle that is why I used it.

Interesting spelling and situation.

The fermentation should be causing outward pressure on the bottle, not inward. You aren't feeding the CO2 into an inline external reactor are you?

No, The CO2 setup is by itself. not conected to any powerhead or pump.

Did you fill the bottle up with really hot water right before you put on the lid?

Just room temp drinking water. I used lukewarm water to mix my dry yeast.

hmmmm....you've stumped me.

Why is the solution in the bottle brown? Mine was always clear....

Unless you've had a large barometric pressure change in the last 24 hours over there in Cali, I'd blame it on gremlins.

As long as gas is still coming out I wouldn't be too worried about it, though it does seem really strange.

I used brown sugar. Somewhere in the net I read about it that its a bit stronger than white sugar.
The flow of the bubbles looks fast. Tonight I will install my drop checker and measure ph and kh.

How are u difussing Co2 then?

Do you see the glass diffuser in his picture? I think that's what he is using.

I am using a nano diffuser.
If it comes to worst, can I open the lid of the container to release the pressure and discard it?

If there is gas coming out of the diffuser currently, then you have positive pressure inside the bottle.

This may sound silly, but the dents weren't there before you screwed on the cap, right?

Also, you didn't squeeze the bottle to try and speed up the CO2 bubbles, right?

If your answers are "right" to both questions, you have gremlins in your house. I'd get that checked out.
