Nice little tank! I also would worry about the moisture, but we worry to much it seems.

As for Romania, a kid in my french class is Romanian.. He convinced half the class the first day that he was from a native tribe like there are running around the amazon lol.

I would add a little sponge filter if it was me.

Here's some updated pics. Looks a lot better in reality, but I have this really cheap camera.



See the bubbles on the surface of the water, I saw him "building" them. I think he wants to reproduce, but I can't find him a woman in this town. I checked in 3 different places and all I got was: "Female bettas are ugly, we don't sell that"



I think he is feeling ok in here. Sometimes he is actually biting on the plants.



As you can see, the plants have really grown nice. I like the new green.

So anyway, what I am trying to say it that media tends to go a bit extreme and change the reality, giving you a false impression of... let's say a nation or a country.

Well I'm having some algae problem. I think it's called echidna or something like that, or maybe thread algae. It looks cool on the gravel tho, but it messes up the plant pretty bad.

LOL I prolly know a little more than the average American, my husband was born in Arad. He grew up in Austria, though, since his family won the lottery and were able to leave during the communist regime...
