External Co2 venturi reactor - quick question

What is the best method for connecting the venturi loop to the intake of a powerhead? Will simply fastening the open tube end to the powerheads inflow grill suffice? Will this be enough suction?

You can modify the impeller as well to get even finer mist.

OK thanks, so I don't have to worry about suction then?
What would modifying the impeller generally entail?
