mrkookm, your plants look absolutely beautiful and are your tank is truly inspirational. Out of curiosity, what kind of substrate are you using?

All, I have is some Seachem Fluorish Gravel Tabs lieing around and Ferka root tabs are not available locally. I wanted to see how the Ferka root tabs compare to the Seachem Fluorish Gravel Tabs in terms of nutrient analysis.

Hi, not trying to correct you, just making sure that I have the correct recipe when I mix my brew. Earlier you posted 1 teaspoon yeast and 2 teaspoons baking soda, so I am assuming that the 2 tablespoons is a typo and you meant 2 teaspoons, correct?? 2 Tablespoons of baking soda seems kind of high, but if that is what you meant and it works for you, I certainly would have no issues testing to see how that works for me. Thanks

I might have missed it but I didn't see you mention anything about ferts. Do you use ferts?
I use RootMonster tabs and they seem to work pretty good. I put them under a pair of crypts that never grew and now they have about 10 huge leafs each. Unfortunately the leafs have some sort of hair algae all over them so I cut most of the leafs off.

Thanks.
