DIY 12" cube possible?

Ever since finding that thread about the guy who built a nano cube while in his hotel room, I've really wanted to build a nano cube. But, I didn't want it to be too nano, since I want to keep dwarf puffers, and they can be pretty territorial. Would a 12" x 12" x 12" cube require any extra precaution? It seems to be a bit bigger than any of the ones I have seen built on this forum. Obviously, scolley has built a 75 gallon, but I don't have any equipment or experience for that kind of project.

I'm building a 20"x"20"x10" cube out of Starfire glass. Just be really careful about the materials you use and how you line things up. That's about it.

I don't see any big problems in the idea.

I have a 20"x20"x20" planned with some free glass I received. I just need to pick up a piece for the bottom.

You may want to look into what thickness of glass to use but other than that it should be cake. Worst case scenario you have 7-8 gallons of water in the floor. (Well I guess I can imagine some worse scenarios than that but you get my drift...lol)
