Automatic Plant Watering Device


This is not aquarium related, but I have seen a DIY guide somewhere showing how to make an automated plant watering system using aquarium parts (either an air pump or a water pump). Has anyone seen this, or does anyone know how to make one?

You could set up a simple siphon on a drip feed? Or are you looking for something that gives scheduled waterings? You could use a siphon set up with a solenoid valve on a timer, or a pump on a timer, could be pretty simple.
