Fullham Workhorse 5 Ballast with 65 watt bulbs?

Does anyone know if a Fullham Workhorse 5 can drive 2 x 65 watt CF bulbs? I have it driving 2 x 55 watt bulbs at the moment, but none of the local fish store carry 55 watt replacement bulobs any more.

If it cant its not a HUGE deal, I'll simply replace it with one of my workhorse 7's I have laying around.
