It's really easy. Just take an empty, clean 2-liter soda bottle and put your solution in there. Then drill a hole in the cap that's a little smaller than the size of your tubing. Force the tubing through the hole (you may need to cut the end of the tubing at an angle and then pull it through with pliers) and it will be tight enough that there will be no leaks of CO2. Then it's up to you how to diffuse the CO2 into the water. You can use a bubble ladder, you can use a fine airstone, you can use a ceramic disk type diffuser, let the bubbles go up into your cannister filter or a powerhead, etc.

My two cents...
Use a in-line air conector jammed up from the inside of the lid instead of trying to pull the air hose in and possibly having to glue it. The connector makes a tight seal that doesn't get dissturbed when you move around your bottle or twist on and off your cap. It really has made things easier for me.

Havn't had any leaks with mine, and I have to admit I get pretty rough with the bottle caps when I am opening, closing, and moving the bottles around. Though, I also drill a smaller hole and really jam the connector in there tightly.
I tried doing the hose pull though and never could get a tight enough seal... perhaps my hose is too supple for a good seal alone, and silicone glue always broke seal when I moved the bottles and twisted the caps. I guess it is all preference and what works best for you.
