Lighting setup in canopy

Hey guys!
I know I haven't posted a lot of photos, but I finished my DIY lighting in my canopy and wanted to share. Here it is:

I tried to set up a night/dawn/day/dusk system. I use 3 white Lunar Links for the night lighting, the gutted 36" strip that came with the tank for dawn/dusk and 2 AH Supply 96w CFs (a 5500k and a 6700k) for my mid day lighting. I may eventually isolate the 96w CFs to individual timers to make a "smoother" transition from dawn to mid day and back to dusk.

That's a pretty neat looking installation. Are the three black diamond shaped objects with two round dots on them the moon lights? I can't see any wires to them?

Tommy,

Is it an Oceanic Hood? I have a 48" Oceanic hood and it barely fits 59w t5 in there. Do you find one fan is strong enough? Currently, I am not using any fan, but I am thinking about adding some fans on top of the hood....

The wires are tie-wrapped along the brackets. If you look closely you can see the plugs sticking out at a45* angle to the brackets.

Yup. It's a 36" Oceanic hood for a 58 gallon. I have discus, so the water temp maintains an average between 76 and 77*F. The heater rarely runs in the warm seasons.
