CO2 formula

Hello, I have the hagen CO2 unit that comes with the 3 packages of yeast and baking soda and i ran out of those. I don't feel like buying more so i was wondering if anyone knew exactly how much yeast and how much baking soda i put into that canister. I know the sugar goes up to the first level and water up to the second level. I just need to know how much yeast and baking soda. Thanks for the help.
