I'm not sure what happened but i lost all of my adult shrimp. They just died off over a week. My parameters we just fine and i haven't added anything new to the tank. i still have over 20 babies though so thats good. Amanos are neat also. Are you putting them in your big tank?

The shrimp are just like rabbits....Got some amanos coming in next week

I used to use Riccia , but it did get everywhere in my filter growing in my plants. i hate the stuff But if you read this link it might give you some better ideas on securing it than i had.

We are just getting very rainy weather right now , hopefully no more snow Well as for the tank i bought it a while back from someone who needed money it was setup when i bought it and we had to help them tear it down. It was not leaking, but it was put in my garage and stayed there for about a year so i could clear some room out for it. When i put it in my driveway to clean it up a bit the entire bottom seems to be leaking almost. We moved it when it was completely empty so i'm not sure how it happened. I have someone that is stripping the old silicon off and is going to try and see if he can fix it. I guess we will see. I was extremely disappointed . But stuff happens and all you can do is try to fix the problem , not dwell on it.

There is no snow to be found here in upstate NY,just a dreary dull brown.Spring birds are singing away,always nice to here them.How big of a leak do you have in your tank? Shouldn't be that hard to fix is it. Must of been disappointing to see the water coming out of the tank.

It was supposed to be a 125 but i found out by filling it that it has a leak. So not yet maybe if i can get it sealed properly. It's going ok with me just happy it's not snowing here anymore How are you doing?

I have had them very small be saddled. And also berried.It normal, they are just happy with the house you have given them I have had a few younger ones actually drop all there eggs and start over again. If you see one drop eggs leave them be, as long as your water is clean they will still hatch.

Hey,I have a really,really small cherry shrimp (1/2 inch) that is berried,are they ready to reproduce at that young of age? I see some more small ones saddled,I thought it took them about three months to mature and to reproduce.I't just so small.This is the first time that i can actually see what is going with these little guys.Just amazed !
