This fishhead is still waiting to see what date you guys pick.
My family in in MA and I might be able to modify the 'visiting times' to coincide if you guys would pick a date. I haven't been to the Mystic Aquarium since oh 1989 or so. I have, however, driven past it several times recently, staring out the window longingly.....

I dont know how on earth I missed this thread!!
Looks like everything has kind of been placed on the back burner so to speak.... I would love to get together with the rest of u guys... I can throw a rock from my house to the aquarium. The first thing is, everyone interested needs to give an idea of what time frame would be the best for them...Then pick a time that can accomadate everyone, or most everyone, whatever the case may be..I can be free most anytime I want for the next couple a months, so if we can get some input from others for dates an times, I will check with the aquarium again, an see whats what.

I start work at 6 AM M-F, so I like to get to bed early if possible. So a early start is good for if we meet on a weeknight. But weekends are even better! No preference for "month", except not August.

Hey Steve...Weekends are fine with me too
![]() I will try an nail down a meeting place for once a month. I can get one anytime I want, but it is in Moosup Ct, and I really dont know how centralized that would be. It does however have a couple of refrigerators, stove, sink, an can seat 50 people... Hope everyone jumps back on the bandwagon here for a club meeting, and also the aquarium run!! |

If you guys still want to have a Mystic Aqurium get together, let me know and I will set it all up. A weekend would be best in my opinion. For those that will be driving any distance, and want to make a weekend affair out of it, let me know. Mike if you an your gang come up from Jersey, we could all do the aquarium on Sat. I will find the most reasonable hotel for you guys, an you could drive back on Sunday. The aqurium closes at 5:00. You guys could see the sights after that. The casino's are not far away. Awsome place to check out, even if you dont wanna spend a roll of quarters. Dinner afterwards is also an "option". There are several great restaurants right around the corner from the Aquarium. I will make reservations for 6:00pm How does the first weekend in April sound? All I need now is feedback!!
