Pets Inc now carries ADA!

I was just in Pets Inc today picking up my 58g Oceanic stand, and saw a nice pile of ada catalogs. And then saw some ADA diffusers....and then a box of substrate...I was like 'omg.' Then I asked the guy if that was just a special order and he said no, they're a distributor for ADA now....OMG. He said everybody that's been in and saw the stuff has flipped out over it. I think I saw a bag of AquaSoil for $29. Not too shabby at all.

Just thought I'd give you guys a heads-up if you hadn't already seen

And for those of you that haven't been to Pets Inc., go. Good fish, good plants, good equipment. It's in Tempe on Mill and Southern.

Well I just took a good look at their ADA selection...the $29 is for Powersand...Aquasoil is $41...ouch. I can have it shipped from ADG cheaper than that :-/

Actually I was there 3-4 times a week before I took the job there two weeks ago.

that's cool. I'll need to go there sometime soon anyway to see about trading in some Endler's...I am making room for some Kribs I just got, and have 50+ Endlers to get rid of. They were freshly stocked last week though :-/ ... so I'll be sure to say hi

ADA is a product line, short for Aqua Design Amano. Amano, from Japan, is one of the main people responsible for making the hobby as popular as it is today. His published book "Nature Aquarium World" is pretty famous.

i jsut went to Petsinc the other day. I was rather impressed i could spend 6hours just looking at each fish they had. They have so many and in nice clean tanks also. They also had hard to find style of tanks on the floor which most stores have to special order.

Over all a great store. I bought some anubias plants because they were just to awsome looking to pass up!!! biggest and greenest leafs i ever seen on some.
